Community Guidelines
ChessMondo is a chess and social community. Competition is welcome; abuse is not.

Report
Use the small Report control on a user profile, post, game opponent, game chat message, club member or club chat message. You must choose a reason and write a short explanation of up to 100 characters; reports without a real reason are not sent. The same player can be reported only once every 24 hours, and the same exact post, game session, game chat message or club chat message can be reported only once by the same reporter. Reports are sent to the admin moderation queue with available proof/context such as the target username, reported message, room code, game mode and recent moves when applicable. False or revenge reports can lead to moderation action.
Block
You may block a real user from their profile or post. Blocking requires a confirmation and reason. A blocked player is hidden from relevant social lists/feeds for your account and direct social interactions are restricted. Open Profile → Blocked Players to view or unblock anyone at any time.
Moderation outcomes
Depending on severity and context, ChessMondo may dismiss a report, remove content, warn or restrict an account, ban an account, restrict a recent network fingerprint for serious/repeated abuse, or permanently delete an account. Network restrictions are used cautiously because networks can be shared.
Appeals and safety contact
Appeal or report abuse at dragongamesstudioofficial@gmail.com. For suspected child exploitation or urgent child-safety issues, use subject CHILD SAFETY. Do not redistribute illegal material when reporting it; provide the minimum information needed to identify the content.
